Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice. Colors, designs, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, printing variations, or handmade elements.
As-Is & Discounted Items
Some items may be sold at a discounted price due to cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, markings, discoloration, dents, packaging flaws, or other minor defects. These items remain fully functional unless otherwise stated and are sold as-is.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume. Glow & Grow is not responsible for shipping delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Glow & Grow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved solely at the discretion of Glow & Grow. Refund approval is not guaranteed.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, you must contact Glow & Grow within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and order details so the issue can be reviewed.
Intellectual Property
All Glow & Grow designs, graphics, product names, branding, photos, digital products, and content are the intellectual property of Glow & Grow and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used without written permission.
Digital Products
Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use of digital files is prohibited. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Limitation of Liability
Glow & Grow shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products or services.
